Fathers Day

I want to wish all fathers a happy Fathers Day. And with that being said, I would like to go over a few thoughts:
-Any man can father a child, but it takes a special man to be a Dad.
-Without Mothers you would not be a father.
-The Bible has alot to say about how children should behave and we tend to focus on them, but it also tells fathers how to behave too.
-Ephesians 6:4 "And you fathers, do not provoke (exasperate) your children to anger, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord."
- We should consider it an honor that God would think enough of us to trust us to raise His children while on this earth.
-We should always remember to look to Him (Our Heavenly Father) for wisdom in raising them.
-Galatians 4:6 "And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out,"Abba (Daddy) Father!
- So lets take time to tell our earthly fathers and our Heavenly Father what they mean to us. If your earthly father is already with the Lord, reflect on the good memories.
