I'm a low buck bracket racer. Now, and always have been. Just to make my point of view clear.

I know that some bracket racers may not like having Brock Productions "Locked and Loaded" event run on the same night as a bracket points race, for a variety of personal reasons.

Not me. I think it is an absolutely GREAT plan. I see a win-win. And if the weather cooperates (fingers crossed), I think you will see a very successful event for everybody involved. Looking forward to it. Take care. Tom Worthington

Most if not all of the point's race will be done before Brock Productions kicks off. It should be a great event for racers and spectators.

Well, if I'm fortunate enough to sneak into the late rounds, maybe I'll get to see them do their thing. And if some of the folks who come to see the grudge race show up early, they might get to see some of us do our thing. :) Take care. Tom Worthington

So what actually happened on June 24th? I got clobbered in the first round and beat feet to get ahead of the rain toward Rocky Mount. Nearly made it, too. I did not hit rain til I was well past Williamston.

So what got finished? What didn't get finished? Impact on points? Take care. Tom Worthington

The point's racers didn't finish all runs. Of course all of Brock's race didn't either before the rain came. I will have the point's results up tonight.

Thanks RW.

How was the granddaughter's dance recital? Did she avoid being voted off this week? (that's a pop culture reference, so you might not get) ;) Take care. Tom Worthington

The recital went great, so she wasn't voted off. :D It was her last one after 10 years of dancing several different styles like tap, jazz, ballet, musical theatre, hip hop and lyrical. She is going to minor in musical theatre and major in child psychiatry and will start in August at UNCW.
